This is a contract between you and Genuine Matches, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. You must read and agree to these terms before using services on this Site. The Site strives to provide a platform where meaningful connections can be made. However, Genuine Matches, LLC cannot guarantee a match. Successful matches are a combination of mutual compatibility, timing, and divine intervention.
User Accounts and Profiles
Access to certain services on our Site may require an account or profile. Any additional terms applicable to such services become part of your agreement with us. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Notify Genuine Matches, LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Before you create an account on genuinematches.com, you must confirm you are eligible to use our Site.
You are not authorized to create an account or use the Site unless all of the following are true, and by using our Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years old;
- You are single;
- You reside in the United States;

- Was not written by you or was automatically generated; and
- Includes the image or likeness of another person without that person’s consent (or in the case of a minor, the minor’s parent or guardian), or is an image or likeness of a minor unaccompanied by the minor’s parent or guardian.
Genuine Matches, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.

We have the right but not the obligation to monitor, screen, post, remove, modify, store and review user generated content or communications sent through the Site, at any time and for any reason, including to ensure that the user generated content or communication conforms to these terms, without prior notice to you. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse or guarantee, the opinions, views sent by users.
Content of Others
You are authorized to see information about other users only based on the match criteria established by Genuine Matches, LLC. You are not permitted to copy or use information of other users for any purpose other than as contemplated by these Terms.
Accounts
Use of the Site requires you to create an account to participate or to secure additional benefits. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete information, including your contact information for notices and other communications from us and your payment information. You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s username, password or other account information, or another person’s name or likeness, or provide false details for a parent or guardian. You agree that we may take steps to verify the accuracy of information you provide.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GENUINE MATCHES, llc’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO genuine matches, llc FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE THAT YOU FIRST FILE A LAWSUIT, ARBITRATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDING AGAINST GENUINE MATCHES, llc, WHETHER STATUTORY, IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, IN ANY TRIBUNAL. THE DAMAGES LIMITATION SET FORTH IN THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING SENTENCE APPLIES (I) REGARDLESS OF THE GROUND UPON WHICH LIABILITY IS BASED (WHETHER DEFAULT, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE), (II) IRRESPECTIVE OF THE TYPE OF BREACH OF RIGHTS, PRIVILEGES, OR OBLIGATIONS, AND (III) WITH RESPECT TO ALL EVENTS, THE SERVICE, AND THIS AGREEMENT.
THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY PROVISIONS SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL APPLY EVEN IF YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FAIL WITH RESPECT TO THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are subject to change and are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Minnesota.
